Orders are processed within three working days of reception. Delivery times run from this date on. Except in case of major forces, they will be, within the limit of available stocks, send within 72h for France and 4 to 8 working days for foreign countries, depending on the destination.
Deliveries are carried out by La Poste (Colissimo suivi) for French residents.
At any given time the user have the possibility to track the parcel on the website of La Poste with the tracking number communicated in the email that informs the user of the order dispatch.
